Our Story. We have the core belief that servant leadership is the root of a successful software development team. Our clients are looking for help navigating dynamic situations and need someone who knows how to get things done. The military taught us to accomplish the mission, and we bring the same mindset to our private sector clients...and it works! Our success is rooted in our ability to find trained and experienced servant leaders who have deep industry experience. We apply this expertise with a tested program process which seeks to optimize the entire system. Our clients realize faster delivery and a more efficient program.
What does Form 100 mean? An AF IMT 100, or "Form 100," is the administrative form used by the U.S. Air Force to request discharge from active duty. It symbolizes the decision our members made to continue to serve others in the private sector. Our associates can often be heard saying "We are here to help," because serving others is part of who we are.
