Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 13, 2026

Form100 Consulting ("Form100," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit form100consulting.com, respond to one of our LinkedIn ads or lead forms, contact us, or use our free assessment, and how we use, share, and protect that information.

By using our website or submitting your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly. We collect information you choose to provide, including when you:

  • Submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen form in response to one of our ads. LinkedIn typically pre-fills and shares with us your name, professional (work) email address, job title, and company name.

  • Complete our contact form or request a consultation (name, email, company, and the details of your message).

  • Take our free assessment, including your responses and the email address we send your customized report to.

  • Book a call with us through our scheduling tool (name, email, and any details you add when booking).

  • Communicate with us by email or phone.

Information we collect automatically.

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect standard technical and usage data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and Tracking below).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send it to us.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the consultations, assessments, or reports you request;

  • Deliver content you have requested, such as our executive briefing video;

  • Schedule and conduct introductory and diagnostic calls;

  • Send you marketing and follow-up communications about our services, where permitted (you can opt out at any time — see below);

  • Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and services;

  • Detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or misuse; and

  • Comply with our legal obligations.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use trusted third-party vendors to run our website and marketing operations, and we share information with them only as needed to provide those services. These include, for example, our website platform (Wix), advertising and lead-generation platform (LinkedIn), our customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing tools, our scheduling tool, our video hosting provider, and website analytics providers. Each processes your information under its own privacy terms.

  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

  • Business transfers. If Form100 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen form, LinkedIn's own Privacy Policy also governs how LinkedIn handles your data.

Marketing Communications and Your Choices

If you provide your email address, we may send you follow-up and marketing messages about Form100's services. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting us at the address below. We will still send you non-promotional messages related to a service you have requested (for example, confirming a scheduled call).

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the site works. Our website platform and analytics providers may set their own cookies as part of delivering their services.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — for example, to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship, or send communications you have not opted out of — and as required to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;

  • Request that we correct or update inaccurate information;

  • Request that we delete your personal information;

  • Opt out of marketing communications; and

  • Ask questions about how your information is handled.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites and services we do not control (such as LinkedIn, our scheduling tool, or our video host). This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Visitors Outside the United States

Form100 is based in the United States, and our services are directed to a U.S. audience. If you access our website from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
